It&#8217;s Friday; I&#8217;ve got two whole days and change before I&#8217;m sitting back at my desk in my office&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>So, as I&#8217;m sitting here, I start to think: &#8220;Wow, all night tonight, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday&#8230; The weekend is here. All that time awaiting my arrival!&#8221; Seems like a long time. There&#8217;s so much I could get done.<\/p>\n<p>Then, I do a Chewbode thing. For whatever reason, I decide to look at this weekend ahead of me as hours, not days. The weekend converts to about 60 hours. Hmm. 60 hours. When I say it to myself, it sounds like less time than the 2+ days I was just thinking of.<\/p>\n<p>Deeper down the rabbit hole I go&#8230; I then decide to think of the weekend in minutes. 3,600 minutes until I&#8217;m back at work. That seems like even less time than 60 hours.<\/p>\n<p>So, this big weekend ahead of me, all 3,600 minutes of it, is now ticking away. I&#8217;m practically watching it disappear: 3,599&#8230; 3,598&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Jeeze.
