Printed on what seems to be standard 20 lb. copy paper, it seems to be printed with a halftone pattern, possibly mass-produced on a large printing press. It was made to mimic the size of paper money in the U.S.

Some quick research online shows that this Pac-Man version has a serial number of P1980PRESM, with the “1980” portion commemorating the year the original Pac-Man game was released. There’s a variant of the bill that features artwork for Ms. Pac-Man with the serial number of P1982PRESP where the 1982 is the year Ms. Pac-Man debuted.
