So, this weekend I saw Van Helsing at the local theater. Pretty good movie, in general. I thought the special effects were pretty good, but the story needed a bit more. Overall, was just a good ol’ action movie. My wife’s been a big horror movie fan since she was a kid, so she got a big kick out of seeing the monsters on screen. Oh, and she sited Hugh Jackman as a good reason to see it also.

I dunno… I think Hugh could easily be the next Harrison Ford. He was good in Kate & Leopold; it really showed he can play parts that have nothing to do with blockbuster super heroes, etc. Of course, when he does play a blockbuster super-hero, he kicks ass. Snikt!

Oh yeah. I forgot to mention that I finished Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. Great game. I highly recommend it to anyone who like platformers/adventure games. Up next: Transformers (PS2).
